Adults: Take 1 tablet with food. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.
Large tablet size. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains vitamin B6). Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Contains sulfites and soya bean products. Store below 25°C.
